此醬油指定在星加坡生產﹐監察極為嚴格﹐以確保有最佳品質保証。符合星加坡環境發展部(食品部)之標準﹐有衛生證明保証不含三氯丙醇絕對健康。(一般市面醬油為了縮短生產時間及加强醬油味道﹐會在黃豆發酵過程中加入合有植物水解蛋白質之原素﹐而這種蛋白質會釋出氯丙醇﹐對人體有害﹐如長期食用過量會致癌。歐盟安全標準為每千克醬油中三氯丙醇合量不得超過0.02毫克。如自然發酵情況下是不會產生這種化學物質。)
