Pontoise Cabarrus – Haut Medoc – 1996 35 % Merlot, 55 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 5 % Cabernet Franc, 5 % Petit verdot. A wine with class and elegance. Full bodied and fruity, deep colored. Ch. Pontoise Cabarrus is aged entirely in wood of which 35 % are new. We are not far from a good class growth.
Chateau Tour Sieujan –Pauillac- 2003 Aged 10 monthes in oak french barrels. Red robe intense bigarreau. Noze of ripe red fruits with strawberry aromas and spicy notes. The mouth offers vanilla flavours and a nice final in lenght. Tannins are well rounded and silky.
